Warranty Policy

HardscapeDepot™ products are manufactured with careful attention to detail to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We inspect many of our products prior to shipping to make sure they meet our rigorous quality standards. Due to the nature of products where they are going to see severe daily use such as chisels, hammers, caulk guns, edging, work gloves, cutting tools or edging we cannot offer a warranty. In the event you believe you have received defective material just send us a photo showing the defect and we will either replace or refund your money at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

HardscapeDepot’s liability in all cases shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts only. This product warranty excludes any costs associated by homeowner or contractor for removal or reinstallation of replacement products. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, acts of God or accidents are not covered under this warranty.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED, HardscapeDepot MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Return Policy

You have 24 hours after ordering to notify us of cancellation or changes to the order prior to the order being processed and shipping. As most orders will ship within 24-48 hours changes need to be quickly communicated to us.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you must accept delivery of your purchase and then contact Hardscape Depot for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#).

Write the Return Authorization number on the box large enough that it is clearly noticeable when it is received by us.

A nominal 10% restocking fee is charged for Ship From Stock returns to cover initial shipping and handling.

All returns must be in their original salable condition with original packaging for a refund to be issued. An in-store credit will be issued for returns not in the same packaging.
